David Arpee
IT Director/Production Manager
David is responsible for all information technology issues at ZHM, also acting as procurement manager for internal purchases and for government clients. His career in information technology and wireless communications began in the U.S. Army Signal Corps, serving in Germany as well as Saudi Arabia during the First Gulf War. Since returning to civilian life, he has worked in a variety of management roles, including as IT Manager of the Eastern Region of WorldCom Broadband Solutions and as Project Manager for various web design, application development and systems integration projects. Since joining ZHM, David also took on the role of Production Manager, providing logistical support on videos for clients including the U.S. Navy, the TSA, the FDA, and others. David holds a Master of Arts in International Information and Communications from the Patterson School of Diplomacy and International Commerce and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the College of Wooster.
